  1. From top to bottom
    1) Soft boiled egg drizzled with meyer lemon oil, served on a grilled tomato fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt, served on top of a grilled leaf of Swiss chard seasoned with preserved lemon. Smokey tantalizing smooth and rustic all on the same plate.
    2) Grilled fresh salmon caught fresh and butchered the same day thanks to or neighbor Joe.Fresh salad green from Green String Farms, lightly poached asparagus with a light lemon dressing of garlic, olive oil sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.A nice venation on that tired old classic Nicoise Salad.Updated because I hate poached fish. How to turn beautiful wonderful fresh fish into bland boring tasteless crap.Even in cooking school I hated Nicoise Salad. Reminds me of leftovers being served for a Sunday brunch.Usually to hungover who can't taste anything anyways so why not sever them overcooked fish that taste like a dry paper plate ? Give them a cold potato and $12.95 a plate and it's all profit baby.
    3) Bob's Big Boy ! Uh why ? I loved them as a kid.Living on that cultural vacuum Bob's Big Boy was a local favorite . They had the best milk shakes, fried chicken and gloppy blue cheese dressing. Who would not like that ?
    3) Pan seared sword fish , fava bean puree.
    4) Sicilian Spring Vegetable Stew.Yum.
    5) Fresh poached asparagus salad so the rest you can identify yourself. Fresh limed edition Cowgirl Creamery Inverness Cheese.
